Just look at her (note pose-belly and underwear peeking out)! She's 20 months and she still continues to amaze us. Mark and I were just saying that we're not sure what else can top the list. This list:
- She's a girl (after two boys that is pretty exciting)
- Perfect birth
- Easy infant
- Slept through the night in her crib at 6 months old (this is big for our family)
- Genuinely sweet to all
- Loves shoes
- Puts her coat and hat away once inside herself (prompts others to do the same)
- Cleans up toys
- Helps unload the dishwasher
- Brings her plate and utensils to the sink
- Potty trained herself at 19 months old
- Tears a sheet of tp for herself every time on the potty
- Ditched the paci with little resistance
- Selectively kisses vs leans in for one
- Signs "I love you" (just like Logan did, all fingers up and pointer down)
- Would take a bath and let you wash her with excitement at any time of day or night, everyday, twice a day if you so wished
Yet there are a few things I'd like her to work on:
- Be more compliant with putting hair clips, bows, hair bands, etc. on
- Grow some more hair
- To not tell me "noh noa" when she doesn't want to do something when asked-as often
- Follow me closer than a shadow everywhere I go-as often
- For her to not make such a big deal about the dogs (aka woo woos) EVERY TIME she sees or hears them
- To stop spitting at her brothers
- Try to not be so bossy-we get bossed around by her all day
- To never lose that joy she brings to us all day everyday.
XOXO
